We reply within two working days, Monday to Friday, except Thai public holidays. If you write on Friday afternoon, expect the reply on Monday. Do not include identity numbers or medical details; describe the form in ordinary language.

Sittings are by appointment, Tuesday to Friday, usually late afternoon. The phone is answered during those hours. Letters are the better way to start a commission, because we need the size of the pile in writing before we name a fee.
