Cancellations and refunds

These terms apply to commissions with Mind Anchor Analytics Co., Ltd.: the Survey Insight Briefing, the Questionnaire Commission, the Verbatim Comment Reading, and the Year-beside-Year Reading. They also apply to a premises sitting arranged as an addition. They do not describe goods, shipping, or subscriptions, which we do not sell.

Deposit

Forty percent of the agreed fee is payable before we open a packet or begin a draft. The deposit reserves the reading or drafting period named in the letter of engagement. The balance is due before the sitting, or on delivery if the commission has no sitting.

Full refund

You may cancel in writing for a full refund of the deposit if we have not yet opened the questionnaires, started copying comments, or sent a first draft of questions, and your notice reaches us within 7 days of the deposit. If we have not started, we return the deposit even when the 7 days have passed, minus nothing, because no work has been done. The refund is the full amount received for that commission.

Partial refund

If counting, comment copying, or a question draft has started, and you cancel before the folio or the form is delivered, we keep the portion that matches days already spent and return the rest of what you have paid. We will send a short note of the days and the amount. A typical partial refund after cards have been copied but before plates are inked returns half of the deposit. Once plates are inked, more of the fee is treated as earned, up to the full deposit.

Non-refundable

After the folio is delivered or the sitting has been held, the commission fee is not refunded. A drafted questionnaire that has been sent in final form is not refunded. Printed copies of a folio that you asked us to produce for extra attendees are not refunded once they have been printed. A premises fee of 6,500 THB is not refunded once we have travelled to your Bangkok address for the sitting. Translator costs you incurred with your own translator are outside our refund.

Work already started

Opening the packet, copying the first comment card, or sending the first draft of questions counts as work started. Logging that a parcel arrived, without opening it, does not. We will tell you the day we open a packet. If you need the parcel held unopened, say so in the letter that accompanies it.

Cancellation by the practice

If we decline a pile at intake because it cannot support the comparison you want, and we have not started the reading, the deposit is returned in full. If we must stop because materials include data we asked you not to send and you do not replace the packet within 14 days, we return any unearned portion.

Rescheduling a sitting

You may move a sitting once, without a fee, if notice reaches us at least 3 working days before the appointment. A second move, or a move with less notice, can be made if the room is free; otherwise the sitting fee portion (the premises fee if one was charged, or 6,500 THB of an office commission) is retained and the folio is delivered on paper without a replacement hour.

No-shows

If your group does not attend and does not warn us by the previous working day, the sitting is treated as used. Where the folio was ready, we will offer one replacement hour within 30 days if you ask within 5 days of the missed appointment. The reading fee itself follows the rules on work already started and is not refunded merely because the chairs were empty. If we miss the sitting through our own fault, we offer a new hour at no charge and do not treat the fee as earned for the missed hour.

How to ask, and how long it takes

Write to hello@mindanchor.click with the organisation name, the commission, the date of the deposit, and whether you want a cancellation, a reschedule, or an earlier destruction of materials. You may also telephone (02-915-6604). We confirm refund requests in writing. Approved refunds are sent to the same bank account that paid us, within 14 working days of our written confirmation. We do not refund to a different account unless the original account is closed and you provide evidence of that.

Exceptions

Nothing in this page limits a right that Thai law gives you and does not allow to be waived. If a public emergency closes the office on the day of a sitting, we reschedule at no charge and do not treat the absence as a no-show.
