What a reading costs, and what changes the figure
These are starting fees for work of an ordinary size. A letter of engagement, sent after we have seen the blank form and heard the size of the pile, is the figure you can pay against. Each fee belongs to a single commission.

Additions that are priced on their own
- A sitting at your premises in Bangkok, instead of at our office: 6,500 THB.
- Travel outside Bangkok: quoted from the address, the hours away from the room, and whether the plates must stay overnight.
- Open comments beyond 200 on a Verbatim Comment Reading: usually 7,000 THB for each further 100, agreed before they are copied.
- A wave above 800 returns, or a comment pile above 400 inside a full briefing: a revised fee and calendar at intake, before the deposit.
- A third language: your translator, plus days we quote once we see the extra reading.
How the money moves
A deposit of forty percent opens the reading period or the drafting period. The balance is due before the sitting, or on delivery of a questionnaire and field note if there is no sitting. We invoice from Mind Anchor Analytics Co., Ltd. Payment is by transfer to the company account named on the invoice. The pages here do not take payment.
If the pile is larger than you first described, we stop and write before continuing. You can keep the work already done and pay for it, or add the difference and go on. Cancellations, no-shows, and work already started are set out on the refund page.
What we need in order to estimate
The blank questionnaire, the languages on it, the approximate number of returns, whether you want the sitting here or at your address, and the decision the reading should serve. With those, a written estimate usually follows within two working days of your letter.
