A nocturnal reading room with burgundy velvet curtains, a lacquered table stacked with ivory paper, and a copper lamp

Customer answers, read in a quiet room until the pattern holds

Mind Anchor Analytics takes the questionnaires your customers already filled in and turns them into a folio you can sit with: counts, comment themes, and a two-hour reading in East Samwa or at your premises in Bangkok.

From a stack of cards to a sitting

§ 01 · The packet

  1. 01

The pile is counted before it is interpreted

Returned forms, including the spoiled ones, are set beside the number of people who were offered a card. A thin month stays thin. We do not borrow confidence from a calculator.

  2. 02

Written lines stay in the language they arrived in

Thai and English comments are copied onto cards and grouped before anyone asks whether two piles are the same matter. Names are lifted out before a folio is bound.

  3. 03

Plates are drawn for the room, not for a cover page

Closed questions are shown as the steps people actually marked. A mean that hides two crowds is drawn as two crowds. The draft folio reaches you two days before the sitting.

  4. 04

The sitting stops when there is a next step

Two hours with the people who can change the thing the questions were about. Breakfast cooks, desk leads, registrars. The plates stay in the room until that group has heard them.

The briefing we are usually asked for

§ 02 · Flagship

Survey Insight Briefing · from 64,000 THB

One wave of a customer questionnaire, already collected. We map each closed question, group the open answers, write a reading of what the pile can and cannot support, and sit with up to eight people from your organisation for two hours.

The fee covers up to 400 returned forms in Thai, English, or both, the bound folio, and the sitting at our office on Nimitrmai Road. A sitting at your address in Bangkok is arranged for an additional 6,500 THB. We do not station interviewers, and we do not fold a second wave into the same commission.

Most readings finish about three weeks after a complete packet arrives. A deposit of forty percent opens the period. The balance is due before the sitting.

Questionnaire Commission

When the cards are still blank, we draft what they should ask and how they should be offered. You keep the collection. We do not stand at the desk.

Verbatim Comment Reading

If the ticks are already tallied and the trouble is the handwritten lines, we read only those lines. You receive themes, quoted words, and a short sitting.

Year-beside-Year Reading

Last year's cards and this year's cards, same questions, read as a pair. We mark what shifted, what only looks different, and what the wording change itself disturbed.

The room, and how to ask

§ 05 · East Samwa

Sittings are by appointment, Tuesday to Friday, usually from late afternoon when the street is quieter. If your decision-maker can only give twenty minutes, say so in the letter and we will cut the order of the reading to the decision rather than rush the folio.

Letters are answered within two working days, Monday to Friday, except Thai public holidays. Describe the questionnaire, roughly how many forms came back, and the decision you need to make.
