Two languages on the same card

Thai and English comments from one market form should be sorted in the words people used, and only then asked whether they describe the same thing.

A courtesy question that averages near the middle can be a room split in half. The steps matter more than the mean.

A thin pile is still a pile

Forty-one guest cards from a month that should have produced two hundred are not a failed reading. They are a different reading, and the silence belongs in the folio.
